... not to sound overly negative, because i'm not, and this is a legitimate cconcern i've been looking into ... i think this has been creeping towards the inevitable conclusion for a long time now ...

... now you have to renew your subscription every year ... they have new support services for the paying people ... and why keep supporting the people who aren't helping to pay for your program and are only voicing "annoying" if yet legitimate qualms about the program's detection capabilities ... i'm seriously wondering if we'll get the forum back or not ...

Since there is still no indication of a return of the Lavasoft support forums and this thread is getting difficult to maintain a new topic has been created and pinned. Please see Ad-Aware Support at ASAP Member Sites.

Thank you.

... don't know if this is noteworthy or not ... but i'm no longer even able to get that message of it being temporary and will be back up as soon as possible etc. etc. ...

... this is becoming rather alarming and something a little more than "highly incriminating" of them totally abolishing the personal forum ... whicch i've been fearing for a long time now, justly so, and now that the paid for versions are handled other wise, and the change made relatively shortly before this latest dissappearance act is highly alarming ... i'm not one for jumping off the deep end before i k now how deep the water is ... but all the signs point to it being safe to jump to that conclusion at this point ... :\

i have info posted on my site(the red "click me for answers" and you can't miss the aaw support info) of 3 great sites that give aaw support
it is like a roll call of aaw alumni ;-)

as for aaw free...well alli can say is that is where they got most if the info that made it possible for the reference files ;-)

and i have just totally given up on a honest answer or any kind of support from that site

just trying to let people that there are other places where they can get help !
so if you want to pass on the info at my site, or the list of sites that corrine made in the other aaw post (same) as you go to forums it might just help the aaw free people ?
